Overview

Fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a lovely independent RCVS-accredited practice in Trafford, Greater Manchester. The modern, well-equipped surgery offers Digital X-ray, Fibre‑optic Dental Equipment, an in‑house laboratory, and brand‑new anaesthetic and monitoring equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide consultations and surgery to both dogs and cats, manage occasional sole charge, and collaborate with a supportive, experienced team. Work within 15‑minute appointment slots and with clinical support from visiting specialists in Orthopaedics, Cardiology, and Diagnostics.

Qualifications

Experience as a Veterinary Surgeon, confident in both consultations and surgery, with an ability to manage occasional sole charge. Comfortable working in a 4‑day week schedule.

Rota & Work‑Life Balance

• 4‑day week – 40 hours (9am–7pm)
• 1:4 weekend rota (10am–1pm)
• No out‑of‑hours
