Events Manager – B&I, EC2 London £50k Monday - Friday
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Events Manager to oversee the running of the events at this corporate site based in the City of London.
What you will be doing:
- Liaising with the clients on all aspects of the event from initial enquiry to execution on the day
- Co-ordinating with Hospitality department and kitchen team
- Hands on during the event to ensure a smooth operation
- Providing exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff
- Managing all paperwork, emails and orders
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week
What we are looking for:
- Experience as an Events Supervisor or Manager with a proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills ensuring excellent interactions with both clients and team members
- A passion for events/event planning
- Ability to lead, train and motivate a team
- Attention to detail, adaptability and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure whilst remaining calm
