Help Endometriosis South Coast create empowering, inclusive events for our community. Plan, organise, and deliver impactful awareness and support events across the region.
Events are at the heart of what we do at Endometriosis South Coast — they help us connect with our community, raise awareness, and share life-changing information. By organising and coordinating these events, you’ll ensure that people living with endometriosis have access to supportive spaces where they feel heard, informed, and empowered.
Your role will make a tangible difference by helping us reach more people, build stronger networks, and promote understanding of endometriosis across schools, workplaces, and healthcare settings. Well-planned events also help us attract new volunteers, partnerships, and funding opportunities, strengthening the sustainability of our charity.
Behind the scenes, your contribution will allow our small team to focus on advocacy and resource development while trusting that our events are in safe hands. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our activities run smoothly and professionally — whether it’s a small support session or a large-scale conference.
With your help, we can continue to grow our presence, improve visibility, and create lasting change for those affected by endometriosis.
We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and creative person who enjoys planning and seeing ideas come to life. You don’t need to be a professional event planner — enthusiasm, reliability, and strong communication skills are what matter most.
Experience in event planning, administration, or community work is essential. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running.
You’ll be joining a passionate and supportive team that values inclusivity, collaboration, and creativity. Your efforts will help shape the success of our community events — and by doing so, you’ll play a key part in changing how people understand and experience endometriosis.
We need an experienced hand.
Endometriosis South Coast is a volunteer-led charity dedicated to supporting people living with endometriosis and adenomyosis through education, advocacy, and community connection. We’re passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces for learning, sharing, and empowerment.
We’re looking for a Volunteer Events Manager to help plan and deliver a range of events, from small community meetups and awareness sessions to larger conferences and fundraising activities. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing people together and has strong organisational and communication skills.
You’ll be part of a supportive, enthusiastic team that values collaboration and innovation.
Your work will directly contribute to our mission of improving lives through education, advocacy, and inclusive community support.
