Electrical Project Manager – Kettering – Building Services Contractor

A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee delivery on a major project in the Kettering area. This role offers long‑term stability, strong project exposure and genuine progression opportunities.

The Role

• Attend project start‑up and coordination meetings
• Review project specifications and technical documentation
• Manage technical submittals and track approvals
• Raise and manage RFIs
• Oversee labour tracking and weekly progress reporting
• Liaise with main contractors and client‑side teams
• Coordinate delivery of plant, equipment and materials
• Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are implemented
• Produce snag lists and drive quality improvements
• Maintain document control and handover documentation
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure on‑time delivery

What You Need

• Strong experience as an Electrical Project Manager (or similar)
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale projects
• Qualification in Construction or Project Management (preferred)
• Experience supervising teams and managing subcontractors
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
