Compensation: 33,000 – 45,000 + Full industry training + Progression opportunities + Overtime + Early Friday Finish
Workshop based role, commutable from Padstow, Newquay, Wadebridge, Bodmin, Port Isaac, Launceston, and the surrounding areas.

The company is a specialist marine engineering and boatbuilding business, providing vessel design, construction, repair, and refit services for both commercial and leisure craft, including mechanical, electrical, and propulsion system work.
The Role
- Installing and maintaining marine electrical systems, including fault finding and repairs.
- Supporting new build and refit projects from installation through to testing while working from technical drawings.
- Maintaining equipment and machinery, keeping records, and completing basic reports.
