Job Description

As a Contracts Engineer you will work directly for the Operations Director – Datum and will be exposed to projects, operations and commercial management. This role is hands‑on, covering live work from start to finish and contributing to long‑term strategic growth initiatives.

• Work closely with operations teams to deliver projects, particularly through the execution phase.
• Develop capabilities within monitoring scopes, including hardware and software elements.
• Participate in a structured development program covering commercial and financial management, HR, and leadership and management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in an infrastructure, civil and/or construction‑based role – essential.
• A mix of site and project experience and capability – preferable.
• Understanding of project commercials – necessary, with a desire to build capability in this area.
