Desktop Support Analyst – Investment Management

Our client is one of London’s leading investment managers and are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join the.

You’ll support ~500+ users around the world, primarily in a Windows environment, across Exchange and Outlook, Office, M365 and Active Directory etc.

You’ll have the chance to work directly with end users and be the first point of contact for request and incidents, as well as working closely with L2 and L3 teams for complex issues and ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Great knowledge and experience in a Microsoft environment supporting Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure cloud etc
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, access solutions and software deployment
  • Any Linux experience would be ideal but not essential
  • Strong desktop hardware knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills – A “customer facing” way of working
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, proactive approach to work
  • PowerShell and / or Python experience would be ideal
