About NextGen Teachers
NextGen Teachers is a growing Education Recruitment company, founded in April 2024, with a clear vision: to provide high-quality education staff to schools across West Yorkshire, covering Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings.
We’re building something special: a trusted education brand that schools rely on and candidates value.
As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant who understands the realities of working in schools and is eager to use that insight to help others find the right opportunities.
If you’ve worked in education, you already understand the challenges schools face and what great support staff look like. Now, you can use that knowledge to make a wider impact.

- Screening and registering candidates for supply, long-term, and permanent roles
- Supporting consultants with candidate recruitment across live school vacancies

- Arranging interviews and supporting candidates through the process
- Providing ongoing support, feedback, and pastoral care to candidates
- Conducting candidate registration interviews (phone, video, and in person)
- Leading candidate induction sessions
- Creating talent pools and candidate mailshots
- Building strong, long-term relationships with education professionals

- A genuine passion for education and supporting others
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Motivated by targets and personal development
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn
Previous recruitment experience is not essential; we value sector knowledge, attitude, and ambition.
What We Offer
- Flexible working hours: 8 am–5 pm, 9 am–6 pm, or 10 am–7 pm
- Hybrid working to support work-life balance
- Weekly extended lunch break for hobbies or personal interests

Joining NextGen Teachers at this stage means becoming part of an ambitious, supportive team where your ideas, energy, and education experience genuinely matter.
If you’re ready to turn your passion for education into a long-term career with progression, earning potential, and real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
