Chemical Process Engineer

We are looking for an onsite Chemical Process Engineer on our Holmes Chapel site to design, optimise, and troubleshoot pMDI production processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with cGMP, FDA, and EMA standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise pMDI production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Scale up new product lines and implement technology transfers.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and EMA regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and EMA regulations is desirable.
• Experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Salary: £50,000 – £54,000 per annum for this permanent onsite role.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with flexibility on start and finish times.
