Location: Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000
Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd are recruiting for a Legal Advisor - Litigation to join a fast-paced RTA team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of Fast Track litigated RTA claims, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently using internal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Fast Track litigated RTA claims
- Progress files in line with internal procedures
- Use case management systems effectively
- Liaise with clients and third parties
- Ensure deadlines and KPIs are met
Requirements
- Experience handling Fast Track RTA litigation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of work
- Good communication and negotiation skills
