Overview
This is a great opportunity for a new Hospitality Supervisor to join our U.G. Commercial team. In this role, you will cover all elements of the operation, both front-of-house customer service and presentation and delivery of the food offer. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring compliance with the food safety policy and operating procedures as well as achieving sales and customer service targets.
UoG Commercial Ltd is a subsidiary company wholly owned by the University of Glasgow and provides catering services as part of the new extended campus at the University.
Responsibilities
You will support management to lead the team to adhere to service standards and provide top quality service to all events. You will assist with staff training and development and be a constant example of the level that all staff should reach. It is important that you use your experience to offer suggestions to improve service standards to help all events run smoothly.
