Administrator

Type: Permanent

Hours: Part Time (2 days per week – flexible)

Salary: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a part time basis for approximately 2 days per week with a degree of flexibility with the pattern of hours. This is a key role supporting the admin function of the organisation and duties include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
  • Taking and processing bookings, updating the bookings system.
  • Liaising with customers and providing regular updates.
  • Booking of transport and accommodation.
  • Updating accurate and confidential customer booking records.
  • Taking and processing payments.
  • Daily use of MS office software and the in house booking system.
  • Data entry.
  • General admin such as filing, photocopying and post duties.
  • Diary management and scheduling.

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience in administration.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capable of learning new skills and systems with ease.
  • A strong team player.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
