Hours: Part Time (2 days per week – flexible)
Salary: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a part time basis for approximately 2 days per week with a degree of flexibility with the pattern of hours. This is a key role supporting the admin function of the organisation and duties include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
- Taking and processing bookings, updating the bookings system.
- Liaising with customers and providing regular updates.
- Booking of transport and accommodation.
- Updating accurate and confidential customer booking records.
- Taking and processing payments.
- Daily use of MS office software and the in house booking system.
- Data entry.
- General admin such as filing, photocopying and post duties.
- Diary management and scheduling.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience in administration.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capable of learning new skills and systems with ease.
- A strong team player.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
