The Role You don’t just fill a pipeline you own it. Our client is recruiting two experienced Business Development Managers to lead deal flow for a fast‑growing bridging lender. This isn’t admin‑heavy or hand‑holding; it’s pure deal‑making. You identify the opportunity, build the relationship, close the deal, and bank the commission. Rinse and repeat. If you have the relationships, the hunger, and a track record of closing £1m+ bridging deals, this is your seat.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture a pipeline of bridging finance opportunities (target: 1‑2 deals per month).

- Present products and competitive rates to prospects.
- Manage relationships post‑completion through redemption.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and weekly reporting.
- Attend property industry events and networking to build market presence.
- Numbers: Commission: 0.1% on completion (£1,000 per £1m) + 0.05% on redemption (£500 per £1m) = £1,500 per £1m full cycle; Base salary: £75,000‑£85,000 (based on experience and track record); Commission paid quarterly on completion, additional revenue on redemption.
