Qualifications

The ideal person will have at least strong experience, ideally 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure departments are meeting set criteria, through confirming that all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Empower the team to handle all guest feedback, both positive and negative.
• Ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the food and beverage operation of the hotel.
• Maintain company and legal standards for cleanliness within all food and beverage areas.
• Manage, train, encourage and develop the food and beverage team.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
• Control budgets, costs, and maximize profitability.
• Serve as manager on duty shifts when required.
