Responsibilities
The post holder will lead and manage Touchstone’s Here For You crisis alternative service and CRISS peer‑support service in Leeds, offering non‑clinical support to individuals aged 16+ facing self‑harm, suicide, and acute distress. Responsibilities include:
- Developing services in line with service user needs.
- Managing recruitment processes for new staff.
- Partnering to effectively triage referrals.
- Representing services in external stakeholder meetings such as the multi‑agency project steering group.
- Managing service budgets in line with Touchstone policies.
