We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead a programme of work that spans both technical implementation and operational delivery, ensuring change lands well and delivers real value for the business.

This role acts as a bridge between technical teams and operational areas, bringing structure, clarity and commercial insight to complex programmes aligned to our long‑term goals.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll manage the day‑to‑day delivery of a programme of work, partnering closely with the Head of Programme and senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll help shape programme strategy, coordinate multiple initiatives and ensure delivery stays aligned to business objectives.
