Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm. There is potential for some flex on office days at the discretion of your manager.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to drive the movement of stock between our commission brands and warehousing. Critically ensuring that the Returns to Brand movement of stock is efficient and timely. Your leadership will extend to collaborating with top brands, guiding them through our processes, and fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships that are vital to our success. You'll also be responsible for prioritising and resolving all levels of queries, negotiating with external partners to ensure operations run without a hitch.
Your expertise in supply chain processes and your ability to handle intricate scenarios with precision will be essential. If you're driven by the challenge of managing data and administration in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on our NEXT Branded operations.
Your primary focus will be to oversee the physical movement of stock to and from our commission brands and warehouses, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the key point of contact for the return to brand process, and will work with our wider operations and warehousing teams to oversee brand bookings, resolve delivery queries, and ensure compliance with our high standards.
We are looking for an individual who loves to roll up their sleeves and solve problems, taking ownership of issues instead of passing them along. We need a strong communicator, skilled at liaising between the warehouse and external Brands to ensure seamless operations. Your resilience and thick skin allow you to navigate challenges with confidence. Highly organised you can manage tasks reactively when needed, but you're also proactive in bringing innovative ideas to the table for long-term solutions. Your ability to balance immediate demands with strategic thinking makes you an invaluable asset to our team.
