The pay range for this role will be £52,413 – £60,357 (pro rata for part time colleagues).

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) has been accepted onto the Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM) Network 2024‑2026, a national initiative supporting local areas to improve services and personal outcomes for individuals facing multiple disadvantage such as poverty, poor health, homelessness, substance misuse, neurodiversity and contact with the criminal justice system.

About the Role

As our MEAM Coordinator, you will design and deliver better‑coordinated services for individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, substance misuse and interaction with the criminal justice system. You will model and share best practice, working closely with local agencies to bring about systemic change across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Working with key stakeholders in co‑producing innovative approaches with people with lived experience is a priority for this role.
