Project Manager – Mechanically Biased | £30M MEP Process Plant Extension
We’re working with a leading engineering client delivering a £30 million MEP installation for an extension to a process plant in South Wales. They’re looking for a Project Manager with a mechanical bias to join the team and take ownership of project delivery.
Role Overview
- Lead the mechanical and MEP aspects of the project, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate between client, contractors, and internal teams to drive progress.
- Manage planning, resourcing, and scheduling across multiple disciplines.
- Monitor quality, compliance, and health & safety standards.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong mechanical engineering or construction background.
- Experience managing large-scale MEP or process plant projects.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑focused approach.
