We’re looking for an Operations Specialist Trainer to deliver high-quality, engaging training to our Delivery and Fulfilment Operations teams in Erith and across the wider Ocado network.
You’ll help our colleagues develop the skills and confidence they need to deliver exceptional service, while keeping safety and quality front of mind.
What you’ll do
- Deliver training and inductions covering customer service, food safety, manual handling, and operational procedures
- Provide both theoretical and practical driver training to improve risk awareness and driving standards
- Keep accurate training records and performance insights
- Champion “The Ocado Way” through every session you deliver
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Passion for developing others and delivering great learning experiences
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to drive improvement
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- ADI qualification (or willingness to gain it – we’ll help you get there!)
