We’re Vivobarefoot, a regenerative footwear company on a mission to reconnect people with the natural world. We're looking for a B2B Client Operations Manager to own and optimise the experience for our wholesale partners, ensuring smooth order processing, excellent service, and strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Be the key point of contact for B2B client support and relationship management
- Oversee the full lifecycle – from entry to shipping, returns and invoicing
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance
- Drive process improvements and develop SOPs for scaling operations
- Track performance metrics (like OTIF) and present data‑driven insights
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in Customer service or sales support (ideally in retail or footwear)
- Experience working with B2B customers in a retail or wholesale environment
- Experience with platforms like NetSuite or SAP
- Organised, detail‑focused and calm under pressure
- A collaborative, customer‑first mindset
