Recruitment Consultant at Shape IT Recruitment (AX Specialist)
Our client, a Microsoft Partner delivering innovative Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) solutions to clients across Europe, is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Business Central implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle D365 Business Central (and related ERP) implementation projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate between functional consultants, developers, and clients
- Oversee change management, testing, training, and go-live support
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and relationships
- Identify risks, track milestones, and ensure continuous project quality and progress reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience managing ERP or D365 Business Central / NAV implementation projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of Business Central functionality (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Project Manager Associate)
- Experience within a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment
- Exposure to Power Platform, Azure, or integration projects
