As our Customer Success Associate, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients see measurable value from our services. You’ll play a key role in driving renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

We’re looking for someone who’s adaptable, proactive, and excited to help shape a newly established department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems collaboratively, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role located in our Canary Wharf office.
