A growing, dynamic Main Contractor based in Birmingham are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Haydock, Merseyside.

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + package

Location: Haydock, Merseyside

Regions: Merseyside, North West, North West England

The business have been operating for a number of years and specialise in Industrial Warehouses, Retail, Commercial and Mixed Use Schemes.

They have a £6m new build, steel frame industrial project starting very soon and are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to oversee the project from start to finish.

They are looking for a strong No.1 Site Manager with experience working on new build steel frame, industrial / warehouse projects for a reputable Main Contractor.

Experience:

• No.1 Site Manager working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects
• Steel frame experience
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Able to commute to Haydock, Merseyside
