The Role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support revenue growth. This hybrid role is based in Hoddesdon and involves working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities for document scanning and digital archiving services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across a range of industries
  • Promote MISL Ltd’s full suite of services, including bulk scanning and secure digital storage
  • Generate leads, attend client meetings, and close sales
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

About You

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and develop effective growth strategies
  • Experience within document management or technology sectors is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in closing deals
  • Full UK driving licence required
