What Will You Do?
As a Data Analyst III – CRM at Fanatics, you will partner with CRM Strategy teams to diagnose performance and surface optimization opportunities. You will analyze customer behaviors across lifecycle stages, from welcome to reactivation, using segmentation frameworks. Additionally, you will build BI dashboards, support ML models like propensity scoring, and design rigorous experiments.
