We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager with strong Commodity Trading experience to lead the delivery of complex technology and business change projects valued up to $5m, managing teams of up to 20 people.
This role offers true end‑to‑end ownership, working with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, trading‑driven environment.
What you’ll be doing
✅ Delivering projects using Agile & Waterfall
✅ Setting up and running project governance, reporting & change control
✅ Managing budgets, forecasts, risks, issues & dependencies
✅ Leading cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors
✅ Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders & sponsors
✅ Driving technology-enabled change across:
- Commodity trading platforms
- ✅ Ensuring quality, assurance & compliance throughout delivery
What we’re looking for
⭐ Essential: Proven experience within Commodity Trading environments
⭐ Strong delivery background across Agile & Waterfall
⭐ Experience delivering technology-enabled change
⭐ Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities
Nice to have
10+ years in IT, with 5+ years delivering large, complex projects
Experience leading teams up to 20 people
Background in energy, commodities, or trading organisations
