You’ll play a key role in driving growth, building relationships, and delivering apprenticeship and training solutions that make a real impact.

Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:15pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, with flexibility required to meet the needs of the role.
This is a key commercial role responsible for driving sales and employer engagement activity across West Yorkshire (Selby through Leeds to Sheffield).
You’ll take ownership of your own territory, managing a pipeline of opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and delivering a first‑class consultative sales experience to employers across engineering and manufacturing sectors.
You’ll ideally be based centrally within West Yorkshire, given the regional coverage of the role.
This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to play a key part in developing future engineering talent, supporting businesses, and contributing to long‑term skills growth across the region.
