The Opportunity

As Senior BD Manager for TME, you will:

  • Own and deliver the sector’s business and client development strategy
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth and client penetration
  • Lead integrated campaigns, client targeting and key account initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners on BD strategy, pitching and go‑to‑market activity
  • Champion best‑practice bid management and strategic pitching
  • Use data, insights and market trends to identify opportunities and shape direction
  • Lead, coach and develop a small, high‑performing BD team
  • Manage budgets and KPIs to ensure measurable commercial impact

About You

  • An experienced BD professional operating at Senior Manager level
  • Strong background in legal or professional services
  • Proven track record of delivering sector, practice or client‑focused BD strategies
  • Confident influencing partners and senior stakeholders
  • Passion for the Technology, Media & Entertainment space
  • Commercial, analytical, collaborative and change‑oriented leader
