Quantity Surveyor

Overview

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed‑use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high‑rise towers/frames with retail & commercial space at ground & 1st floor levels and residential apartments above.

Location & Project

Our client is now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Battersea, South West London. The project is a traditional build, low‑rise housing scheme, consisting of 300 units.

Reporting

The position will report into the on‑site Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of packages
• Account management
• Early procurement of packages

Experience

Applicants should have experience working for a recognised developer or contractor.

Compensation

£65k – £70k (basic) + full package (car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus)
