Summary
To provide general admin support to various departments within the business inclusive of Sales, Quality, Technical, Purchasing, Transport.
Hours
8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday; 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Friday. 1‑hour lunch unpaid. 37 hours a week.
What you’ll do at work
- Sales order acknowledgements/quote maintenance/cancellation
- Sales order maintenance
- Customer test certificate packages
- Input and convert orders & quotes
- Updating of stock sheets
- Answer the telephone
- Running and completing reports
- General administration duties

Requirements
Desired qualifications:
- GCSE English (Grade 9‑4 A–C) desirable
- GCSE Maths (Grade 9‑4 A–C) desirable
