Site Foreman

About the Role

Crown Workspace is a specialist division within Crown Worldwide Group focused on the management, relocation, and transformation of workplace environments. Through tailored solutions, you will work to ensure businesses experience minimal disruption during moves and enjoy productive, well‑organised workspaces.

The role of Site Foreman is an integral one within the Interiors Team. The role is responsible for working on site and organising the teams to follow health and safety guidance and a programme of work, highlighting potential blockers, completing the site folders, working with internal and external clients of all levels, as well as completing site‑based construction work as a working foreman.

What You’ll Do

• Work in a close team supporting several project managers.
• Adhere to RAMS and highlight any issues to the team.
• Assist the PM to order and collect the required materials.
• Manage costs on site, and be the eyes and ears of the PM.
• Complete site reports after each shift.
• Work with the client to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with the PMs to follow RAMS of our team and sub‑contractors.
• Ensure each document is filled out in accordance with the client’s requirements as well as CDM regulations.
• Manage training logs.
• Keep sites compliant with relevant PPE going to site and ensuring it is returned where suitable.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years trade experience in site‑based conditions.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
• Good interpersonal skills – able to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• A basic level of the Microsoft systems.
• Willing to work unsociable hours across the country.
• Experience in working on site carrying out shopfitting.
• Experience working in trading environments.
• Experience managing according to CDM regulations.
