As our next Food & Beverage Manager, you are the face of IBIS Shoreditch, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well‑being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.

Contract – Full Time, Permanent, 39 hours / Week.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of all Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar and kitchen.
  • Lead Food & Beverage Team & Kitchen Team to provide excellent service.
  • Ensure effective cost control and maximise profitability for the Food & Beverage & Kitchen Teams.
  • Responsible for maintenance & health & safety across all Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, hotel policies and health & safety requirements.
  • Liaise closely with other teams internally to ensure smooth operations.
  • Produce and analyse financial reports daily, monthly and as and when required.
  • Implement Accor Vision, Values and emergency communication protocols.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management.
  • Perform Talent & Culture duties required for the department.
  • Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with Reservations and Sales team regarding banquet revenue.
  • Consistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest service.
  • Work with the Management to meet and exceed budgeted hotel targets.
  • Able to think strategically and maximize our hotel’s potential.

Qualifications

  • At least one year experience working in a Hotel Departmental Management role.
  • College degree in a related discipline.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work as a Head of Department and cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
