Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and motivate the team; be a leader through and through and thrive from being in the thick of it and love being floor based.
• Manage a team of up to 18 with autonomy of the site and full financial accountability.
• Operate in a walk-in and reservation service model for this venue.
• Mentor and develop staff, drive guest experience, and maintain a high standard of service in a casual environment.

Qualifications

• General Manager with a strong independent background or experience with a small quality chain; avoid overly corporate environments.
• Hard work ethic and an infectious personality.
• Experience across multiple sites (the venue notes 4 sites under their belt as context).
