Infrastructure Maintenance Manager

· Implement infrastructure maintenance solutions that support JLL’s facilities management services and client (Rolls-Royce) needs.· Manage and optimise building management systems, energy management systems and other critical infrastructure.· Analyse / report on infrastructure performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.· Work with the QHSE manager to develop and implement QHSE strategies to meet divisional and group objectives.· Experience in facilities management or maintenance related infrastructure roles.· Strong knowledge of building systems, energy management, and building regulations.· Experience with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).· Excellent communication and leadership skills.· Experience with smart building technologies and IoT applications in facilities management· Knowledge of technologies in Infrastructure management and their practical applications· Familiarity with sustainability standards and certifications (e.g., BREEAM, ISO 14001)· Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvements.· Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing.At JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
