This rapidly expanding specialist international contractor is looking for a senior commercial professional for its UK business. Based in the South East, the successful applicant can expect to develop and lead teams working on high profile Data Centre projects.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the commercial and engineering teams, clients, and key stakeholders to lead day-to-day activities on large-scale Data Centre projects, with a particular focus on high-voltage electrical engineering.
- Lead and develop teams on high-profile Data Centre projects from a commercial perspective.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior commercial role
- Background working for leading Tier 1 contractors
- Data Centre and/or HV project experience is preferable, although experience of similarly large and complex schemes is also of interest
