Business Development Executive

Overview

Our client, a well-established business based on the outskirts of Peterborough, is looking to recruit two Business Development Executives to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (X2) – PETERBOROUGH CAMBS, OFFICE BASED

Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 Plus commission

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00

Key responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth of our organisation. You would be responsible for identifying new opportunities, fostering existing relationships and promoting our products. The role involves understanding the company\'s products/services, market trends, and the competitive environment in a fast-paced environment to develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Business Development
  • Make calls/connections to both new and existing clients (using digital & in person opportunities)
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
  • Maintain a customer database using our CRM.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understand existing client needs and align them with our products/services for growth.
• Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and sustain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
• New Business Acquisitions
  • Actively generate and qualify warm leads.
  • Identify prospects within the industry.
• Collaboration
  • Work with colleagues to leverage their experience and industry knowledge.
  • Attend networking opportunities, including conferences and events.
  • Client visits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies (media support/video content/ Digital campaigns).

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who has the following:
