Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Growth & Partnerships Associate to support our business growth activities across Manchester and Liverpool. This is a field-based role, focused on generating new opportunities by engaging directly with prospective clients and representing the company on-site. The role is particularly well suited to a university student looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development within a growing facilities management company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to commercial offices and facilities to introduce R3’s services
  • Engage professionally with decision-makers, including office managers, facilities managers, and business owners
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Secure and schedule meetings for senior members of the team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and outcomes
  • Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and integrity at all times

Candidate Profile

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening
  • High levels of energy, resilience, and self-motivation
  • Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders in a professional environment
  • Organised and able to manage time effectively across multiple locations
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Manchester and Liverpool
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential
