A global engineering manufacturer specialising in advanced systems for high-tech industries is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to join its growing team.

You will lead systems engineering activity across the full product lifecycle, from concept through to commissioning, ensuring delivery to time, cost and specification. The role will focus on requirements capture, architecture development, MBSE methods, technical problem solving and mentoring engineers.

Key Requirements

• Degree qualified in Systems Engineering or similar
• 5+ years’ systems engineering experience in a relevant engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of requirements, architecture and MBSE
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience in regulated or compliance-led industries desirable
