Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Cardiff (hybrid)

£15.59 per hour

37 hours, Monday-Friday

Join our public sector client as a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor and become a key part of their Contact Centre team. You’ll deliver high-quality support across phone, email, and social media, ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle a wide range of enquiries and transactions
  • Deliver excellent service across multiple channels
  • Support continuous improvement in customer service

What you’ll need:

  • Fluent Welsh speaker with strong communication skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing, multi-channel environment
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft applications
