Personal Assistant to Director
We’re currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support one of the Directors of a fast-growing manufacturing business based in South Manchester.
This is a trusted, hands-on support role for an experienced PA who is comfortable working at pace, managing a busy diary, and handling sensitive information with complete discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Full diary and inbox management, prioritising and coordinating appointments
- Scheduling meetings, organising logistics and ensuring the Director is fully prepared
- Preparing agendas/meeting packs, taking notes/actions and following up where needed
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Producing documents, reports and presentations (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
- General admin support including coordination, document management and expenses as required
What we’re looking for
- Proven PA/EA experience supporting a Director or senior leader
- Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management
- High attention to detail, calm under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality as standard
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Outlook diary management
- Salary: Competitive / role dependent
- Working pattern: Role dependent (manufacturing environment, so some alignment to site hours may be required)
