A UK wealth management and financial planning firm is hiring an Enterprise Risk Professional to join their risk function and support the ongoing development of its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.

The Role

• Support and enhance the firm’s ERM framework
• Assist with enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and monitoring
• Maintain risk registers, controls, and risk appetite metrics
• Support risk reviews, scenario analysis, and risk reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to embed risk awareness and good risk practice

About You

• Relevant experience in risk management, ideally 3–6 years
• Financial services background 
• Good understanding of risk frameworks and risk methodologies
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder confidence
