This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape quality strategy, drive improvements, and have real influence across operations, supply chain, and senior leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning and driving the quality strategy
• Leading audits, ISO compliance & quality systems
• Improving supplier performance & product quality
• Solving problems using 8D, FMEA, root cause analysis
• Reducing non-conformance & driving continuous improvement
• Reporting directly into senior leadership

What We Need

• Proven Quality Manager experience in manufacturing (automotive/aerospace ideal)
• Strong ISO / audit / compliance knowledge
• Experience with supplier quality management
• Hands-on, driven, “get it done” mindset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
