For Repair Care, we are looking for a Merchandiser Account Manager.

In this role, you are responsible for strengthening Repair Care’s presence within merchant branches across your region. You ensure high standards of product merchandising, deliver training to merchant staff and contractors, and support the growth of merchant relationships that contribute to sales development.


How you make the difference

As Merchandiser Account Manager, you are Repair Care’s representative on the shop floor. You make sure products are visible, well presented and correctly positioned within merchant branches, while also building strong relationships with branch teams and identifying commercial opportunities in the market.

In this role, you combine relationship management, merchandising and training with a strong commercial mindset. By staying close to merchant environments and understanding what happens in the branch, you help strengthen Repair Care’s visibility, product availability and sales potential in your region.


What your agenda looks like

  • You build and maintain strong relationships with merchant branches across your region and support the onboarding of new locations.
  • You ensure products are presented in line with agreed merchandising standards, keep point of sale materials up to date and make sure product visibility in store is strong.
  • You deliver product training to merchant staff and organise demonstrations and workshops for contractors and end users.
  • You identify new dealer opportunities, support dealer set-up and generate leads that contribute to regional sales growth.
  • You gather feedback on competitor activity, customer behaviour and product performance, and record your visits and insights in Salesforce.
  • You work closely with internal colleagues on promotions and initiatives and represent Repair Care at trade events, in-store activities and regional industry events.


Your team

You work closely with colleagues across the commercial organisation and coordinate regularly with marketing and other internal stakeholders. In this role, you play an important part in connecting merchant execution with wider commercial objectives and regional growth.

  • Experience in merchant sales, merchandising or account management within the construction or building materials sector
  • Understanding of merchant distribution channels
