A fast‑growing, creator marketing agency is hiring an Appointment Setter & Closer to support and scale its outbound sales function.
This role suits someone who thrives in a target‑driven environment, enjoys ownership over results, and is motivated by clear progression into a full‑time closing position.
The Role
You will manage outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and move leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline. The role combines appointment setting with direct sales execution and close collaboration with senior sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound outreach across social platforms (Instagram/Twitter (X) etc)
- Oversee a small remote outreach team and ensure performance against KPIs
- Book and qualify high‑quality sales meetings
- Conduct discovery calls and progress top prospects to proposal stage
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the full sales pipeline
- Drive high call show‑up rates through structured follow‑ups
- Produce clear performance tracking and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or CRM‑based sales roles
- Confident running discovery calls using structured scripts
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working to targets and measurable KPIs
- Experience working with or managing remote teams is desirable
- Motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
