ABOUT THE ROLE
• Optimising Risk Adjusted Margin across all areas of the credit lifecycle from Onboarding to
Collections.
• Improving product offering, analyse customer friction areas and propose solutions
incorporating business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Define commercial strategy and continuously optimise it to grow the business while maintaining
strong returns
• Discover insights from data using tools like Python and SQL to find opportunities and optimise
our strategy
• Seek out novel strategies and commercial approaches we can take advantage of
• Obsess over competitor trends and our performance through our diverse acquisition channels,
responding quickly to changes in the market
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and our external partners to
improve funnel performance
• Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies and continuously identify areas for
improvement.
ABOUT YOU
• Daily coding experience, with proficiency in Python and SQL ideally
• Proven experience in credit risk or commercial strategy roles, ideally within consumer lending.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable decisions.
• A focus on delivering results that align with both commercial and customer needs.
• A collaborative, open approach and a willingness to challenge your own assumptions
