Event and Guest Manager

Office location: Fulham, London

Full Time: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days a week in our office with the ability to travel for events

Reports to: Event Director

Salary: £34,000 – £38,000

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Event & Guest Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of guest-facing events and experiences.

This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of events and guest programmes – from initial planning and guest management through to live delivery and post-event reporting – ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all attendees.

The successful candidate will combine strong operational event management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage guest communications, CRM systems, and stakeholder relationships.

This is a fast-paced role requiring someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of their projects, and can confidently manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The role requires someone who is confident managing projects independently while maintaining high standards across all aspects of delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Delivery

  • Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of events, including logistics, timelines, supplier coordination and on-site execution
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to define event requirements and deliver high-quality guest experiences
  • Develop and maintain detailed event plans, call sheets and operational documentation
  • Manage suppliers and venues, ensuring our delivery meets the agreed standards and budgets
  • Lead on live event operations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth execution

 

Guest Management

  • Manage guest registration platforms and event websites, including build, testing and guest journey optimisation
  • Create guest invitations and communications
  • Oversee the guest journey from invitation to post-event follow-up
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience through clear communication, planning and service delivery
  • Coordinate VIP guest requirements where applicable

 

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain and manage guest databases and CRM systems
  • Ensure accurate tracking of invitations, RSVPs and attendance
  • Produce guest reporting and insights to support future event planning and engagement strategies
  • Maintain high data accuracy and compliance standards

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand event objectives and guest requirements
  • Act as a key point of contact for guest-related queries and event logistics

 

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all event planning and delivery
  • Maintain clear documentation, processes and operational checklists
  • Support continuous improvement of event and guest management processes
  • Provide post-event reporting and recommendations for improvement

 

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in event management, guest management, or experiential events
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience using CRM or guest management systems
  • Experience managing guest lists, invitations and event communications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of event delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
  • Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Budget management
