Director – Leveraged Finance (London)
A leading European Investment Bank is looking to hire a Director into its high performing Leveraged Finance platform in London. This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading franchise with strong deal flow, deep sponsor relationships and a clear growth mandate across Europe.
The role will play a key part in supporting the expansion of coverage across the Benelux and Nordic regions, working closely with senior stakeholders across origination, syndication and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead execution across complex leveraged finance transactions including LBOs, refinancings and acquisitions
• Develop and manage relationships with financial sponsors and corporate clients
• Support and drive origination efforts across Benelux and the Nordics from London
• Work closely with internal product teams across DCM, ECM and advisory
• Mentor and develop junior team members
Candidate Profile
• VP or Director level or equivalent within an Investment Bank Leveraged Finance team
• Strong execution background with experience leading transactions end to end
• Broad sector or geographic experience considered
• Capital markets and structuring expertise is advantageous
• Commercial mindset with the ability to contribute to regional growth strategy
