The Location: City of London – Hybrid

Well renowned Infrastructure Manager are growing out their Fund Operations and Governance team. Broad role reporting into the Head, it will suit someone with exceptional knowledge of Private Market fund structures working across Op Risk, Fund Governance strategies, Fund Operations etc

The Responsibilities:

• Support the governance framework, risk management, data governance, fund oversight & SPV activities
• Work closely across operations, middle office, asset & fund finance teams
• Contribute to the development & execution of the Operational Risk Monitoring Plan
• Collaborate with Fund Operations on SPV governance
• Support tender processes for third party providers
• Support ODD for fund launches

The Requirements:

• 4+ Years within a Private Markets Investment Manager
• Comfortable in wearing many hats across Governance, Fund Operations & Risk
• Strong with fund structures across UK, Lux, Caymen etc
• Ideally strong experience with Operational Risk
