The Role

You will be involved in a broad and high-quality caseload, including:

• Financial services litigation, particularly:
  • Restructuring and insolvency
  • Acting for creditors, Insolvency Practitioners, and company directors
  • Advising funders and creditors in contentious matters
• Complex commercial and corporate disputes
• Real estate litigation
• Breach of warranty claims and indemnity issues

This role offers early responsibility and exposure to high-value, complex matters across Northern Ireland, working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-4 years PQE)
• Strong academic background and solid technical foundation
• Commercial litigation experience is not essential
• A genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Ambition to build a career within a leading law firm
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
